Volta’s Ac functioning faults.. bought from reliance digital

Dear sir.

We bought Volta’s a from reliance digital uppal, hyderabad.telangana state. After bought this product with out basic fitting knowledge from reliance digital guys they have fitted and went.we noticed that they did damage while fitting it. After that some requests and mails reliance digital people agreed their mistake and replaced with new unit. Now with in 60 days my Ac is not cooling. Called to Volta’s people said will come in 24hrs. Hope fully will wait for them. But with out appropriate QC delivering product is much panic to consumers. I donn know now whom can help the consumers like this kind of problematic goods deliveries….
