Volta’s A.C. (1.5) Ton needing servicing

It is a matter of concern that our Volta’s A.C. (1.5) Ton which need its servicing within the warranty period, is not being attended by your technicians.

In spite of several reminders they simply say ” what help they can do for us” but for nothing.

my complaint numbers are:

18061005662 and 18061409464. initially, I did not get any complaint numbers.

Concerned senior member of Volta’s Service Center is requested to ask your engineer to complete the service of our Volta’s AC latest by 16th June 2018 before lunch hrs.

Since, our call was not attended by any one, so the warranty period lapsed. Initially, when we purchased this AC, this was not made operational by your engineers till 15-20 days after purchase. My old parents remain without AC for such a long period at that time.

Please make sure to service our AC on urgent basis.
