Despite paying Rs.599 a month for BBM(Blackberry Messenger)+Email+Internet services, I have come to find that the service of this company is not upto the mark.
The type of network required for these services to work is called ‘EDGE’ and for more than 70% of the time, this EDGE service does NOT work. After 2 failed attempts of contacting them on their so called ‘Happy To Help’ Customer care service, I was thankfully transferred to their Network department.
Had a brief conversation with a lady called, ‘Aashna’ from the Network department who has asked me to call after 24 hours regarding my problem.
Despite paying quite a large sum of Rs.599/pm for a service so disgraceful and pathetic, Vodafone Essar is the biggest cheat in the entire telecom market. Bad Service, Horrible Customer Care Service & Big Fat bills being generated for a service that isn’t even worth Rs.10, VODAFONE IS CHEATING EVERYBODY.
I HAVE THE REFERENCE CALL TO THIS COMPLAINT WITH VODAFONE, SCREENSHOTS OF MY MOBILE HANDSET SHOWING THERE IS NO SERVICE.
