Vodafone recharge

Sir,
Myself Ajeet Pal Singh , resident of Buduan district UP had recharged my cell phone(vodafone) 9711141610 for 97 rupees for internet operations on 13 April 2013. They assured me that i would get 500mb data and along with it 750 sms. But sir after recharge when tried to log on some websites the balance got deducted and it shows no internet pack has been activated. But last five recharges on my cellphone shows a recharge of 97 rupees. I have contacted local vodafone store but they are not taking it seriously and just saying that you contact customer care. I tried customer care too but they are not receiving the call.
