Vodafone prepaid deductions

Dear Sir

Iam using vodafone prepaid mobile number 8010104030
this month I cannot use any value-added services after that amount got deducted Rs.21,at 12-JUNE-2012 its big loss I didn’t anything. Then I got shocked and called to customer care 111 around 2 to 3 times and 198 also & found out what all value-added services active in my account.Then they told no any one paid services running in your account and I requested to Vodafone representative pls refund our balance in my account so I requested to you pls solve my problem as soon as possible.
