Vodafone Postpaid connection not getting activated.: worst customer care service i have seen till date

I applied for a vodafone postpaid mobile connection on 29th June 2012. It was activated on 30th june but after a few days all outing calls were barred. I contacted local vodafone store, mailed to customer care, met in person with the vodafone concerned person around 15-20 times. Initially, they said some address verification problem is there, (which accrding 2 them was done during my office hours, and found my house locked). Instead of contacting me after office hours, or rather sending me email or message they deactivated it without any information. and after that also, for around a week no mail or messages were sent to me.

Its been more than a week, and there is not even a single message or reply to my mails to activate my SIM.Even the person who was suppose to verify my address isnt responding to my complaints. As if, they dont care at all. I am fed up with vodafone and very disappointed by their service.

    I wrote a complainton 17th july, against m/s sangeeta,grand plaza,fraser road, patna 1 for excess amount charged for LG AC-Window 1.0 ton, model LWA3BR1D.hen can i get a complaint number
