vodafone number documentation issue

I am Nishant Sharma from delhi(east)..my mobile no. is 9953960617. my no. has been port in on 15th march to vodafone network from airtel.. after few days clip service has been deactivated..from my no… after contacting to customer care ,i was told to submit documents again to vodafone store..within 3 days to activate the services.. i submitted all the documents to vodafone store(lakshmi nagar branch) on the same day..(23rd march).. now today(25th march) outgoing service of my no. has been deactivated..cust. care executive told me,, that my documents has not been forward to them yet..now i am very much worried ,, i am into service and i have to make calls on daily basis .. and all these deactivations made without informing me via call,sms or any notice.. please take any appropriate action as soon as possible
