Vodafone is a Cheat and wrong Info given by customer care

I am arup mandal, i using vodafone since 2years.
my number is 9126610210
Vodafone offer me that “OFFER!! Sirf aapke liye!! Recharge karein Rs.51 se aur payein 1GB 2G Data pure 30 din ke liye. Ltd period offer!! Sirf One time recharge pe milega.”

and i will recharge it with in 24 hours…… but icant received the free Mb.
take some strict action.
