I’m a Vodafone customer in Jamnagar,Gujarat using 2G data plan.Vodafone has charged me ₹ 49/- for downloading
DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130 =3 times and also ₹ 5/- for downloading ONM_VCONTEST_PPU_5-SM. Total they’ve charged me ₹ 152/- which I’ve never downloaded. When I got first ₹ 49/- charge I called customer Forum they told that you will not be further charged for this and then they charged same for twice in current month (August)

I also got ONM_VCONTEST_PPU_5 ,because of this i got huge amount of bill, anybody can suggest how to complain this issue? Vodafone company not agree this issue

I also got ONM -VCONTEST-PPU-5 BECAUSE I GOT BILL OF 1240 +TAX HOW TO COMPLAINTS VODAFONE COMPANY IS NOT AGREED THIS ISSUE MY BILL OF MAY THEY ARE USING OF CORONA I THING I HAVE CHANGE SERVICE I. AM VERY OLD CUSTOMER

Vodafone-Idea Charged me 4750/- for same ONM_VCONTEST_PPU. now I decided to file case against VI. Anybody wants to take further please contact me @9686156319.Lets fight together and teach them.
