vodafone fraud in data plan

I am using vodafone postpaid connection with 2g data plan. Every month the deducted money by using that path of rs. 49/- for d2c_mgossip_pack49 & rs. 30.00 for hello1_tvallsouth_30 for downloading, when i called their customer care they had no proper explaination, please help me in that matter
