Vodafone fraud. 3 rd time Charged extra in my Bill

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Hello,

This is the 3rd time im finding dispute in my Bill. Even getting the
economical plan my bill has come around. Rs. 2270.
Even this time I haven’t received the 300 minutes free call according to my
plan
For the same issue had got reversal 2 times. now again they have done the same thing. now they have come up with new excuse saying its done because im using Friends and Family scheme. but my question is i got the reversal for the same issue and even tht time i was using the same scheme. why now suddenly the policy changed
