    Sir
I am also facing a similar problem.
I purchased a new vodafone postpaid number about 6months ago.
I had got a call from vodafone that i am a selected customer and i will be getting 300 local and std minutes and 200 local and std messages monthly at a cost of 199+ taxes along with the service of fnf to one number which they said would be free for lifetime. After confirming the same with the vodafone executive i was made to believe that one number would be free for mefor lifetime and there will be np extra charges.
Everything was going well but last month (october2012) i received a message from vodafone that i will be charged rs. 49/month from the following bill cycls for fnf service and when i tried contacting the vodafone customer care executive they said that they can not help as this is the policy of the company. I am really shocked and grieved with this behaviour and harrassment at the hands of my favpurite telecom service provider and i am even thinking of porting my numbers to sone other network where i can atleast get wgat i am promised.

I am really disappointed with vodafone and its fake efforts to satisfy their long time loyal customers. I regret to inform all those who plan to associate with vodafone in the future, that they could not find any solution to my problem and customer executive told me plainly that i would have to pay rs. 49per month extra if i want to continue the fnf service. Even when i told her that i was promised one free number calling for lifetime at the time of purchasing the number. I am very disappointed and hurt by vodafone’s indifference towards its loyal customers.
