Vodafone cheated

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I took vodafone postpaid connectiob(199 plan) 4 months back. At that time they told me 1 Gb is free and 1000 Rs Limit.
i did n’t use internet bcoz i am using old version mobile.After that i bought new mobile and i used net connection and around 200mb data is downloaded. Now the vodafone people are saying you plan dont have 1 gb and the bill came around 2700 rs but my mobile limit is 1000 rs why they didnt restrict once my limit reached and they are saying i dont have 1 gb free.

please help me on this can i pay or 2700 bill or can i go to consumer court
