Name of company/service: VODAFONE
Have a prepaid Vodafone connection for which I requested for Blackberry services and did a recharge for Rs399. Amount deducted but Service not automatically activated, so sent msg to activate but said it was pending. Called 198 to find out how long this would take and spoke with different people giving different lengths of time. I have now waited 6 hours and still no service, and speaking with different people on 198 no one seems to be able to help and I am left with no money and no service. A simple blackberry service subscription on Vodafone seems like an impossible task to achieve.
I request you to kindly intervene to ensure that the services requested are initiated at the earliest without any further delay.
