Name of company/service: Vodafone Prepaid
I had purchased a vodafone prepaid connection (9769934262) which I had been using for approx. 10 months around a week back suddenly my outgoign was barred and I was asked to submit the documents at Vodafone gallery. I submitted the said documents at Vodafone gallery on Saturday i.e. 9th October 2010 and was assured that my outgoign calls will start in another 24 hrs.
But till date i.e. 11th October my outgoing calls have not started and when i called up customer care no. 98200 98200 I am time and again getting vague answers from the executives and the worst excuse they are giving me is “that we are overburdened”. If these service providers are not able to manage customers they should better close down and becuase of same I am facing lot of problems and even my work is suffering a lot.
I am highly disappointed by the unprofessional services of Vodafone and want the concerned to take proper action against them for taking customers for granted.
