Name of company/service: Dish TV
This is in regards to my dish tv connection no 01514671910, i have transfered them monthly subscription charger Rs 255 , two times 1st on 23.08.12 second on 24.08.12.
They have deactivated my account and not providing the services. when i checked with dish tv , the payment is not credited to them so they are not activating services. according to them they are checking. For me when i have paid from my account they should provide the service , it is not credit to them should be their responsibility as it is not in my hand. They are nighter restoring my services not cutting the connection. kindly advice what to do, it there no responsibility of service provider in this case and should i be on their merci for getting service.
