Violation of Purchase offer, Non responsive to costomer grievance

Name of company/service: MicroMax Funbook tablet

I bought Funbook online. The offer said Tata photon with 2GB data for Rs.500/-is bundled with it. No other data card will work on it. But I am told by Tata photon people, that Micromax has to register the Funbook prod.iD with them. I have been calling micromax cust centre every day twice since last twenty days and after 10 days have learnt that they have keyed in a wrong prod.id Number. Now 20 days are over, the mistake by them is not rectified, No reply to emails. When I contact over phone, the guy allways say your request is being sent to the concerned department and not ready to connect to any senior management. I am not able to connect to internet and without internet this device is useless. Their customer service center simply won’t help. I doubt, they did some fraud with my prod.Id to get tata photon connection for themselves free. There is no way to reach senior managment.

  1. sir i purchased two shirts and two trousers from cantabil store at tdi mall agra pant waist is 34 one is fit to me but another is not same size when i go for change they refused now how and what i do now i like to change this otherwise i will sue cantabil
