I have given my mobile to Protech Marketing Kochi , autherised service centre of Spice Mobiles Ltd on 30th March 2011 within the guarantee period(Date of purchase 18. 12. 2010 ).They promised that the faulty battery will replace within 2 months. Battery has not been replaced yet.
