Videocon Refridgerator

I have a vidrocon refridgerator that has 5 year warranty for the compressor. Before calling videocon service centre, I check with a local repair centre the reason why my refridgerator is not getting cooled and he check to find that the compressor has problem.
He requested me to call videocon service centre as the compressor is still under warranty. I called videocon service centre and they assigned someone to attend this issue. He tried to cheat me by saying that the compressor is working fine and need Rs.1500 to fill gas to fix the problem. I once again called the local repair centre to check whether the representative from videocon service centre is telling the truth but to my surprise the problem is with the compressor. The service rep from videocon was lying to make some money.
I complained this incident to videocon and they kept assigning the same person for 3 more times. I escalated this issue and they had someonelese talk to me. He told me that there is some problem with the compressor but I still have to pay around Rs.1500 as there could be additional issues in the refridgerator.
Videocon is giving false promist of 5 years warranty on the compressor.
