I have purchase a videocon mobile last year in the month of august 28 2011 but from 2 months iam struggling with that mobile ,then i contacted customercare homeshop18 they said to visit the service center in Hyderabad at dilsukhnagar he said the required parts are not available with them so i have to send the mobile to homeshop18,when i contact home shop18 these people said that they will speak to the service center people and resolve my problem,but after 10 days also i have not got my solution to my problem again i called to customercare Mr. Tilak has received my called he also said me the same thing and said i will get the call but i didnot received the call yet,I called again Ms Tulika has received my called she also said the same thing i will get the call,If u people can solve my problem ok otherwise refund my money back.So people DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM HOMESHOP18 THEY ARE SIMPLY CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.I think they will expand my problem till next month and in the next month the guarantee of the mobile will expire then they will tell me that the guarantee is expire so they will not help me.
