We bought a Videocon LCD Tv from a shop name Mahalaxmi in our area on 3rd June
that day when they installed it they said for screen clarity that cable is at a fault.
we tried to believe it but in week’s time we came across that the colour shade are in more yellow and all this can cannot be at cable fault.
so we called videcon for it they send a engineer that did nothing but waste the 30mins sitting in fron and enjoyed the shade in heat. when asked can he help he said the model has a problem so he will check with his seniors but no reply till now.
its feeling terrible.
so suggest how can we get a replacement
as it just 10 days since we bought and we are facing such issues.
