Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel Ltd
I have Airtel broadband connection at my home. On 1st Aug 2012 Broadband connection is not working then i called to customer care raised trouble ticket (TT No. 19599754) and customer care executive Promissed me with in 4 working hrs problem will be resolved if require our technical person will come and resolved, but not resolved & no response. Again i called up & checked with the customer care executive, She casually said, that problem will be resolved after 2 days. Then after a long arguement, she agreed her mistake and again she is given a commitment once again problem will be cleared on or before 3rd Aug 2012, and i requested her to raise one more troble ticket regarding this complaint, she put my call on hold about 25Minutes, then she told me the TT NO -19675876, then i asked her for this why your are taken 25 Minutes and she causually says Our server is very slow,
Till i am waiting there is no any responce…………………..
And customer care executives dose’nt know how to talk to the customer,
I think Bharti Airtel now not worried about customer, if we are not pay bill on time they will bar the connection.
For this issue who will pay for 3days???????????????????
