Very Very bad service

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have got the Kent RO Grand(serial no: kr1803008725) installed on 9-June-2018 and on 16th June it got the water leakage issue in the machine due to that it is not working. I have registered the complaint on 18-June-2018 at 9.30 AM whose complaint no is 180618-01124(complaint copy attached) and customer care (I remember a name Puja from the senior department) promised to get it resolved within 24 hrs.

Now it’s been 3 days and no has come for the service although I made 6-7 calls to the customer care (also spoke to the senior department) on which they made fake promises in every call to get the issue resolved within one hour. Due to that, I can’t able to make alternate arrangements of water as I thought it will get resolved in an hour or day. Now I am hopeless and have to file a complaint on them.

Please take necessary actions on Kent RO Systems as they cheating customers by making fake promises and giving very bad services in a city like Bangalore? If this is the case in the city like Bangalore then what would be the condition of customers in smaller cities.
