I Had Purchased a 1.5 Ton Samsung Air Conditioner and within 2 months it stopped working and when contacted to the Customer care on 29/5/12 regarding the A/C not working, They have been dodging by saying The complaint will be addressed within 24 hours which they have been saying for the past 8 days but still no one has come.
This has so far been the worst Experience with SAMSUNG
