Very Poor Customer Service for TV

I purchased Philips 42″ TV under 5 year warranty scheme.
For last 3 months I m complaining – there is no picture, only sound is coming.
I complained several times on their customer care, emailed them. But only been provided number of Branch Manager, Area Manager, Zonal Manager, etc. but no one responds to call
No solution to problem till date.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
