Very irresponsible behavior from service provider

Location/place: Narsipatnam/Visakhapatnam dist.

Name of company/service: LG

I have lodged a complaint with LG customer care regarding a repair in my AC for which we took struggle to take the machine to visakhapatnam since they don’t provide service in our town, It has been already like a month but no action was taken by the service centre and they are giving vague answers in this regard. They didn’t solve this issue in 3 days as they said or within 1 week as promised by the local authorised LG service provider.
