Very bad Speed of (BSNL) EVDO

Location/place: Chandapura,Anekal (T), Bangalore

Name of company/service: BSNL

BSNL promoted evdo with 3.1Mbps speed & i bought one data card Number 9187118914 which never goes beyond 200 Kbps.download speed is really bad it is around 2-5 Kbps.
Even though complaining several times to BSNL exchange JTO (Hebbagodi) no one is responding to this problem.

    Same here. Bsnl only promises the speed but in reality is
    Only a fraud. Despite having 4 connection bars..my speed never increases past 10 kbps.very fraudulent act from a national company..
