I have purchased a slicer dicer and shoe stand from the website www.tvcskyshop.com with the order number OW00031151 on 21.2.12.
Till date the products have not been delivered even after contacting them for more than 10 times. They have promised me 5 times that the money will be refunded as they could not send the products.Till today there is no refund of the money also.
I am very upset and after repeated calls(which they disconnect purposefully while talking) and mails(automated reply)there is no response.
Please guide me on how to solve this issue.
