the AMC contract with the GANGOTRI, INC has become a harrassment to us. we after coming to secunderabad took an annual contract maintainence kent service providers,’ gangotri,inc’, secunderabad. its been a month over and our service problem is not rectified and daily on pursuaion over phone with the senior sales marketing manager, the problem is not fixed. every time we make a call , so many numbers are diverted through. i myself being pregnant and everytime after ursuing them on phone , my BP levels are going up so high and at the same time i have threat that the water from the filter is unsafe for my health as it is not giving the same taste as it was earlier. i held the firm and the senior sales marketing manager Ms Kalpana responsible for any health disorders to me or my family and for all the phone calls i made in pursuing the complaint with kent customer care and with the gangotri firm.
