Very Bad and foor response

Location/place: Pune/Chandan Nagar

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I have recharged my vodafone mob. of rs. 44 as per the term and services which they have displayed on the tariff card. and now they are deducting the same amt. every month even though they have not mentioned on tariff card that this pack is auto renewable. and also i have recharged internet pack of rs. 95 and i have not able to access my internet even a single day because of the poor services and also the nos. which they have provided in the market for customer services they all nos. i am tried many times but they did not connect my call to customer care executive at all. so i would request to all that please do not buy a vodafone service at all and i would request to government that they should ask vodafone to leave the company because they are charging but not providing the services.
