We had given a request for change in Vaccum clearner pipe and teh person from Eureka Forbes came and collected are damaged pipe and we were told that same will happend within a weeks time but later when we asked them they informed that it is not in stock and we have ordered from Bangalore office .
But till now ther eis no response even after requesting them again and again .
