Uwanted ims30 service from iea

I have a idea simcard and my number is 9540669709. On date 16.07.2012
at 12.10 pm one sms came on my mobile that “Thank You. We have received your
request for the service ims30 and is it being processed.”
Again on date 16.07.2012 at 02:37 i got a message that “Your IMS has been activated. Amount charged is Rs. 15.0/-
for 15Days. Renewal charge is Rs 30@1Month as applicable. To deactivate sms UNSUB ims30 to 54300.
But I have not make any call and request them to activate ims service
on my mobile. I did not know what kind of service they providing
in ims 30 service.
When I call idea customer care they not given me any satisfactory
answer regarding unwanted ims 30 service activation.
So I want to know where I can register my complain against my
service provide idea for this kind of unwanted activation of value added
service on my mobile phone and balance deduction.
