Useless Service!!!

Name of company/service: Godrej Refrigerator

Dear Sir/Madam

We have taken a godrej refrigerator where in the freezer door was broken and have dropped a complaint to customer care instead of coming in 48hrs they visited our place after 6 days, after checking they took the parts with them and committed us will repair within 2 days and revert back to us but till now 10 days have completed they didn’t turned back to us and have called customer care several times for the follow up of my parts but i haven’t got any satisfaction from ur service.Below are the customer care no

    After dropping mail i called you people more than 5time but still my problem is not been resolved , Your company is making me fool now
    Now I think should return your product
    Your customer care service is very pathetic they keep the call on hold for more than 20 – 30 mins
