useless product and useless service

Location/place: AGRA

Name of company/service: SONY ERICSSON india

i purchased a phone sony Ericsson (sk17i)xperia minipro on7/1/2012 from suryansh communication.On may 8 its touch stopped working and mobile got locked.i submitted my device to the sony service centre padmavati communication .on 9/5/2012.they told me i will get my device back within 12 days time periods.i went to service centre after 12 days they told me it was not repaired yet plz call to service centre..after that i keep calling to service centre.they keep me hold by promising that i get device back after 3 days ,7 days like that make so many false promises.till date 18/6/2012.almost 40 days over .they not even repair my device not return it.they are cheating with me fraud with me..i m soo depressed i purchase this device after paying 16100 rupees…and after a short period of time its not working…company not paying any attetion and not even solving my problem..this lead to me mental as well as financial harrasment,..plz solve my problem..either return my money to me.or gv me new device…
