USELESS PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchase a lloyd split ac (model FLS19A3C) on 07 may 2012 from M/s Raghvendra Refregeration & Air Condition Works, Gajuwaka, visakhapatnam.

Within one week i found cooling problem started. complaint registered vide Complaint no. LEEL 220512110101 and LEEL 110612134199.

it refilled three times within one month but finally result is zero. Technician are not interested to caught root cause but just filling the gas.

i requested 30 times to customer service, 20 times to AC seller and service executive of hyderabad region mr. pawan kumar within one month.

He (mr. pawan kumar) promised me, to change the unit with a new one. atleat one week passed but i m getting only excuses like : model not in stock. model coming next week and so on ……

pls do needful and alert other customer from such type of harassment after paying a huge money on purchase, company (lloyd) is not able to resolve customer problem. niraj kumar, vizag, 9492941231
