Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband
When i called the sales guy for a demo, i was told that this is an unlimited broadband plan. so we decided to watch soccer matches and lot of videos on internet. Speeds were good at first but as soon as usage crossed 50gb, the speeds fell massively. When discussing with Customer Care, was informed that the unlimited plans arent exactly unlimited as there is a usage cap on every plan. Why was this information left out before i paid 2300 for the connection by the salesman?
