Name of company/service: Dish TV DTH
I am Prateek Chugh, I have an dish TV DTH connection. To began with I will give you the case history, on 22nd Nov i lodged a complaint in dish TV customer care for replacement of set-top box as it was not working. No support was provided until Friday when i call them and ask them for for the status. One executive visted late Friday on request who said box will be replaced on Saturday. On saturday I called the agency and the head (Paramjeet)who said it will be replaced by evening. I waited at my place however nothing was done, I repeated the same on Sunday however nothing worked whereas after 3 PM nobody answer the call even leaving the customer harrased. I raised the concern with the customer care where an official reference (105728839,105729401 etc)was raised, the team there supported the neglegence of Mr Paramjeet and ask me to wait until Monday.
Dish TV has been doing this for a while, I would request you to please take an action against the customer care and the agency people so that no-one is harrased in future.
