Hi,
I had cancel the booking of online reservation from UPSRTC before last week Dated 8-June-2018. as i have called to customer care 3-4 times of UPSRTC, they assure me the refundable amount would be back in 7 to 10 days of cancellation ticket. but still i am not getting any refundable amount from UPSRTC.

Cancellation voucher no is – 10453946
Kindly do the needful in urgency.
