I AM VODAFONE CUSTOMER SINCE 9 YEARS.IN MY LAST BILL VODAFONE HAVE CHARGED APPROX 3300.00 RS FOR GPRS USE. SIR WHEN I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA LUMIA 710 THAT TIME THIS SERVICE IS AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVES FOR FREE OF COST THAT TIME I CALLED VODAFONE CARE AND TOLD ABOUT THAT AND THEY REPLIED THAT WHENEVER IT WILL BE CHARGED WE WILL INFORM YOU. SO LAST MONTH I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE AND VODAFONE CHARGED ME OF GPRS USAGE WITHOUT NOTICE OR DEACTIVATION OF GPRS/MOBILE CONNECT SERVICE. I M VERY FRUSTRATED NOW BECAUSE IN PAST I HV ALREADY SUNDER MY TWO VODAFONE NUMBER SUCH TYPES OF CHARGES. WHEN I RECEIVE MY VODAFONE BILL I GO TO VODAFONE STORE AND TOLD ALL PROBLEM BUT PERSONS NOT GIVE ME ANY ANSWER AND GIVE ME CUSTOMER CARE MAIL ID AND I MAILED ON THAT ID AND I RECEIVE AUTOMATICALLY GENRE TED MAIL AND NOW MY DUE DATE OF BILL AND I STILL DID NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSE FROM VODAFONE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT
