unwanted subscription

Dear sir
my name is mohit and i have a docomo number(7737851384). i got
it about 2 months ago. at the eirlier time my account was deducted
first time with some amount but i did not noticed…than i request for
DND activation. but than the main problem arise. even after activation
of DND my account is deducted(about 30+ rs on 26/11) and when i
complain it to custmer care. i am surprised that they have no
explanation about the deduction and i was shocked when one of custmer
care persen refused about the recharge( 40 rs on 22/11).yet that
matter was not solved a another bomb was droped on my account today in
form of ENDLESS MUSIC pack activation without notice.
please solve my problem
