Hello,
I am a regular customer of BSNL GSM Mobile service and the mobile number i have been using are 8109106020 and 8989632455. Few days before on starting of this month of july Rs42 have been deducted from my active account of 8109106020 on count of that i have applied for caller tune, for which i have never applied. And Rs30 from my another number 8989632455 have been deducted saying that the same service of caller tune i have activated on this number also. But i want to inform you that i have not applied for this service at all and on complaining them they are blaming me that i have asked for this service and making false talks. Also they told that no money will be refunded
I want to look over my problem and please solve and refund my money on both of my numbers.
