Unwanted deduction of account balance.

Respected Sir/madam,

I am a Relience mobile (GSM) network user My No. is 9555814239. From last two weeks this company deduct my Account by 3,10 and 15 rupees from my account ,they repay when inform to them but this happen continually which makes my account sometimes nil at need so take some action against this .
