Unwanted deduction

Dear Sir,
As above mentioned i want to complaint against LOOP MOBILE services.
From the month of January 2013 I’m taking followup for my unwanted deduction & renewal of unused services.
But till the date no one can give me the result & still I’m using the mobile on zero balance.
Please help me out. I’m getting frusted & mentally tortured.
