Unwanted Balance Deduction and Harrashing me by Doing this in regular basis

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM

I am using reliance GSM number from last 6months. And from last one month reliance is deducting balance from my number by activating unnessesary value added service by itself. And harrashing me mentally. Please let me know if there is any way in India to sue these companies or what I have to do. On calling to customer care number first its hard to get the CC executive on call and even if I get them, they unnessary give execuses and put balme on me that I had activated this..If any body listening to this please give advice what I have to do.
