Unwanted and unfair balance deduction

Name of company/service: Idea

I am a prepaid user of
idea gsm Mobile and I got deduction of
Rs.20/- with an SMS from ideaCMS saying that thank you for downloading videos. you have been charged Rs.20
It had happened many times in last three months and on calling to costumer care they said it is not refundable. but i swear i didn’t downloaded anything ever.
The above complaint is regarding the no. mentioned here 9694074226
