currently i am using postpaid vodafone corparate connection, but during last month (20-jun-2012 to 21-jul-2012)an extra amount of internet usage of 1400rs has been added to my postpaid account which i had never used in that time period. when i come to know about the extra charges which they added to my account then on the spot i complaint to vodafone customer care,vodafone store and rest all the sources that available,but they does’nt respond to my complaint.so please register my complaint and take the necessary action about my complaint and Harassment.
