In may month my phone was stolon on that time i had talked tata customer care to block my out going they said sure madam, bt after 1 month (10th june) when i had called my stolen no. one has picked my call i talked him, And next day I called Tata customer care (12524) contacted person Name was Kamal Pandey I asked him I want yo know my phone location he said no we can not provide you phone location Even i told him I have FIR copy He said I can not help madam,,,,, why telecom companies not help his customer even I had provided him all detail Name, address….. Even they activate my block no. so pls help me I want to back my Samsung phone……….
