i’d my microwave unserviceable from last august’11, After complaining to custom care (complaint no 6960751) on 16/08/2011, the service man reached to my home on 25/08/2011 and told that the magnet part has got unserviceable and told that he would change that with the new one and charged Rs 221.00 as per invoice no 3773 of book no 76, job no 41318 dated 25/08/2011 without given any services. after few days he came back and taken away that unserviceable part with him. after that day i haven’t got any communication from IFB. Than on 08/09/2011 i again phoned to customer care for my complaint solution again they gave me the new complaint no 7344616, i asked them for continuation to my old complaint no i.e. 6960751 , i told them that the problem is persisting from long time than the customer care person assured me that they would refer my this problem to sr. executive and IFB would resposed within 24 hrs, but that has not come yet. My customer IFB code no is 2949085. So please do in this regard, b’cause for a big company like IFB it is a small thing but for a customer like me i am facing the problem even after continuing ringing to customer care frequently alongwith IFB executives Mr Chauhan (No. 09376691090) & Prakash (NO. 09327066609), Mr. Kashyap (9377410328).
