Unreasonable balance deducions

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Airtel

I’ve recharged with Rs.295(Full talktime received) on 03/06/12, the entire amount is debited to my account on immediate second day towards usage of GPRS (My GPRS monthly pack is activate & havent crossed the limit of minimum usage),again I recharged my account with Rs.295 on 04/06/12, again Airtel have debited approx. Rs. 200 to my a/c on 10/06/12.Inspite of repateadly complaints and feedbacks taken there no response from the other side, they just put our calls on hold for 30-45 minutes and no actions are taken, each time you call they will ask the same information from you & no log is maintained, they just tell you that they will give you complaint no, but it never happened, they just transfer your calls in the name of senior executives.eaThe consumer greviances should be resolved within minimum time
