Unprofessional service pronider by Whirlpool

Location/place: Palam Vihar/Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Whirlpool

I bought Refrigerator & washing machine fm Whirlpool (M/s Dawar International gurgaon) in 2006. Till now no complait fm equipments. Machine became faulty in Nov 2011, service provider -Aryan enterprises send Punit Bedi and he destroyed whole machine, now laying as scrap.
Refrigerator compressor replaced by same agency on 02 May 2012. Now out of order, no action after complaint.
Morale : Never purcahse substandard items from Whirlpool as no back up available incase equipment goes faulty. Whirlpool means USE & THROW.
